To ensure a well-trained workforce for the industry's future, AHA offers education, training and professional development programs and resources to prepare workers for jobs in hotels. We wish to thank our partners in promoting our industry and in developing our human resources potential. The Armenian hotel industry employs hundreds of people across the country, playing a vital role in our economy and impacting employment in every region of Armenia.
Certified Hospitality Department Trainer Program ( CHDT)
The association is intending to implement the Certified Hospitality Department Trainers (CHDT) program, aimed at preparing trainers for hotels , who in turn will implement training in their hotels.Training will be implemented by certified hospitality trainers that have received certificates from the American Hotel and Lodging Association in Armenia. This project is aimed at raising the service quality of hotels in Armenia, bringing them to the international standards.
