Promote the Development of Armenian Hotels
AHA provides brand strength to hoteliers through its recognition by the private and public sectors both locally and internationally.
Advertising
AHA provides advertising (presenting member hotels' brochures, flyers, presentations, etc) for the purpose of representing Armenian hotels at International Tourism Expos.
Website
AHA maintains a website that provides an opportunity for member hotels to receive secure information about local and international events as well as new and trends in the industry. The website also provides an opportunity for member publicity through the publicly accessible pages of the website.
Training Programs
AHA organizes relevant training programs for the industry throughout the country in order for hotels and their staff to meet the rising service demands of visitors. AHA is sensitive to changing demands and provides appropriate training at various levels to its members.
Training Materials and Manuals
AHA provides training materials and manuals based on local experience that enable hotels to organize their own trainings for their staff.
Legislative Advocacy
AHA upholds the dignity of the hotel industry as a contributor to tourism in Armenia. AHA members participate in dialogue with the Government to introduce favorable changes in legislation concerning the performance of hotels and the tourism industry.
Information Center
AHA is in constant contact with other tourism industry players and therefore is able to provide or transfer relevant information to member hotels.
Establishing Effective Relationships with Companies supporting the Hotel Business
AHA has established relationships with companies engaged in construction, supplying, serving and other activities of interest to Armenian hotels.
Networking
AHA undertakes measures to work with the Government, private sector, and other NGOs on projects, activities, and issues that will benefit and enhance the growth of the hotel industry.
